Solution Architect for a Large-Scale Transition & Transformation project – Develop Windows 10 based Digital Workspace solution, take ownership on End user Services T&T, technically lead the overall T&T containing several projects and smoothly transition to BAU supporting the engineering teams, implement new offerings including innovative Evergreen (Windows as a Service) management approach.
Professional Requirements
Mandatory:
- english: Intermediate (writing and speaking);
- outstanding knowledge and hands on experience in Image Management, Software Delivery, Patch Management, Windows 7 and Windows 10 Architecture and Servicing;
- design documentation writing skills;
- fact of decision taking for environments of more than 1000 devices; experience in technically leading the projects;
- experience being sufficiently involved into Windows 10 migration projects and/or PC refresh projects is mandatory;
- soft skills: emotional resilience, time management, building long-term relationship with the customer, customer oriented, result driven, ability to speak business language and provide single of point to the customer. Very good team worker, leading and motivating the engineering team, ready to take ownership on the entire scope of workplace for the customer and guide the teams during implementation and transition to BAU (ongoing support).
Preferable:
- good automation skills, preferably for activities like user data backup & restore, automating post deployment actions etc;
- knowledge and experience in managing any Mobility solution (Intune, AirWatch, etc.);
- experience in Wintel area: client and server OS Windows (7/8/10, 2003/2008/2012/2016), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, PKI;
- basic knowledge in networking area: TCP/IP, VPN, vLan, WAN, LAN, Ethernet;
- strong analytic. communication and designing skills, working experience in project documentation writing and project cost estimation;
- excellent team working balanced with independence in problem determination, good presentation skills;
- administrating Office 365 is a plus.
Soft skills & Other:
- strong analytic;

- excellent self-motivation, perfect time management;
- presales experience & public activities experience (providing costs, defending the solution, performing as a speaker at different events, evangelizing products, approaches, services etc.) is a big plus;
