The company is growing.

 Over the past 5 years the number of serviced projects increased by 7 times, challenging
tasks with an increased level of responsibility appeared, in this connection a new
division — Financial and Legal Service — was formed.

 Accordingly, it was necessary to develop in the direction required for the Company —
for example, in the field of budgeting, management accounting and team management.
However, job is not everything. Apart from my job activities I also develop in a corporate
environment (English and journalism), as well as vindicate the honor of the Company
in mini-football and soccer betting!

A year after I joined the company I had my first big project in Germany and first foreign
business trip (Munich). Two years later business trips to faraway Australia began. A year
later I became a CSA and got the status of AppSense Certified Trainer.

I have an incredibly interesting work: I work on cloud solutions for virtual desktop
management (technology stack includes Citrix, VMWare, AppSense, etc.), teach at
Fujitsu Labs, hold trainings for colleagues from Kazan, Finland and Australia.

ICL is a young ambitious company with a young team. We are constantly developing
new technologies, new services and features for our customers. The team is very
friendly — you can always seek the advice of a colleague. Confidence, commitment,
kindness are highly prized here — I think they helped me achieve my results!

I came to ICL for the position of a language coach and since then I:
became a certified corporate trainer;
created a Language Center (by the way, we are almost the only company on the market
of Tatarstan, which has its own team of specialists in language training);
launched a corporate English communication club.

And all of this within a single IT company!
In general, you need only 3 things to become successful and truly happy: thinking head,
desire and opportunities.

I work with a lot of people. The desire to help colleagues taught me to find approach
to each of them and think of solutions for non-standard situations. Every employee
is different; you never know what task you will face today. This makes the work
interesting and «live».

The company is always thinking about the comfort of its employees — and I,
as a specialist of administrative services, know this better than anyone. I am pleased
to know that I am part of a company that is constantly developing and it’s even nicer
to develop together with it!

I’ve changed my profession dramatically: from regular officers to IT. A year later I came
here for the position of a System Administrator (TSS 2), 2 years later I became a team
leader, a year after it — started to work as a Service Operations Manager.

Now I develop in the project management field, work with people a lot (I just love this
thing) and periodically fly to Germany to customers — never a dull moment.

I’m glad I chose ICL: our company has a very good attitude to people; we appreciate
expertise and personal qualities. Here you get an opportunity to express yourself!

ICL Services made me a world-class manager which means knowledge of
methodologies and of skills to use them, team leadership based on scientific approach
rather than guesswork, command of two languages...

My working day is long and chock-full of events, plans and decisions. That is an
average day of a good manager. And even though some days I have no time for lunch, I
don’t complain: to establish a dialogue in German with new customers, to study sales
with the best trainers is much more interesting for me.

I like the openness of the Company Senior Management and the transparency of the
strategy. I also always enjoy the challenges. You can make use of any skills: sometimes
even my hobby turns out to be useful (I play the intellectual game «What? Where?

When?», the US version of which was known as «Million Dollar Mind Game»). And
encouragement of initiative and responsibility in the Company mostly appeals to me.

For the Company, many of «my» projects were the first ones of their kind. Within the
project which I started as the Team Leader and completed as the Service Manager, we
provided the third line of support for the first time. Then we had the first major account
from Russia, and we worked with it without the western colleagues and partners. Then
we built SAM from scratch.

That was a fabulous experience!

And apart from business, I appreciate that the Company puts a lot of time and money in
teambuilding (events for employees and their families, out of office activities).
