Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between the ICL Group of Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and an internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") regarding the use of the ICL Group of Companies websites (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

1. General Provisions

1.1. The use of the Site's materials and services, including browsing pages, constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.2. The Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without special notice. The new version of the Terms comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Site.

1.3. The use of the User's personal data is governed by the "Privacy Policy," available on the Site.

2. Use of Site Materials and Intellectual Property

2.1. All objects available on the Site, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds, and other objects (hereinafter referred to as "Content"), are the intellectual property of the Administration and other rights holders.

2.2. Users are strictly prohibited from any use of the Content posted on the Site without the prior written consent of the Administration. Use includes, but is not limited to:

●      copying, reproduction, saving to a device's memory;

●      modification, creation of derivative works;

●      distribution, publication, display, public performance;

●      data extraction (parsing, scraping), including through the use of automated scripts and programs;

●      transferring, selling, leasing, or otherwise alienating the Content (in whole or in part).

2.3. Specific Prohibition on the Use of Personal Data. We specifically note that the Site may contain personal data of the Administration's employees, partners, or clients (e.g., full name, position, photos in articles or reviews), which they have authorized for dissemination. Users and any third parties are prohibited from carrying out subsequent processing of this data: collection, copying, distribution, or any other use for purposes other than the original publication.

2.4. Quoting materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, is permitted to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation, with mandatory attribution via an active hyperlink to the source (the Site).

3. User Obligations

3.1. The User agrees not to take any actions that could be considered a violation of Russian legislation or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright, and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to the disruption of the normal operation of the Site and its services.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Site's Content and services are provided "as is." The Administration does not warrant that the Site will meet the User's expectations or that its operation will be uninterrupted and error-free.

4.2. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred due to the use or inability to use the Site or its individual services.

4.3. The Site may contain links to other resources on the Internet. The Administration is not responsible for the availability of these resources and their content, nor for any consequences related to the use of these resources.
