ICL Group became one of the service providers for the first international tournament held in the phygital sports format — the Games of the Future. The key objective was to design and implement the project’s IT infrastructure.

ICL specialists also took part in the project to open the new building of the Galiaskar Kamal Tatar State Academic Theatre.

We ranked first in the prestigious RAEX agency rating among IT equipment manufacturers. We were also included in the list of leaders in the “25 Best System Integrators in Russia 2023” ranking by IT Channel News and in the “Top 10 Largest IT Retail Suppliers” ranking by CNews.

On November 13, 2023, we opened one of the largest facilities in Russia for surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly of electronic printed circuit boards and the production of computing equipment.

We launched a new brand, OSiO, designed for the Russian consumer electronics retail market.

ICL Group was ranked among the Top 10 largest IT companies in Russia, according to the RAEX rating agency.

In October, construction began on the ICL manufacturing plant for radio-electronic products (8,000 m²), to be located within the Innopolis Special Economic Zone in Kazan. The facility will be capable of producing up to 1 million units of equipment per year, including motherboards.

To foster a professional IT community, the ICL Open Day event was held three times at the Technopark. As part of the Open Day, ICL Group experts met with business representatives to help them choose the right IT strategy in an ever-changing market environment.

The Group once again became a leader among Russian hardware manufacturers and ranked among the top ten largest ICT companies. In addition, an ICL project won the “Best Regional Project” award at the “1C: Project of the Year” competition.

The year 2021 was marked by several major milestones for the Group: it organized the 14th largest nationwide IT forum, ITSF-2021, and celebrated its 30th anniversary. The ICL team was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for its significant contribution to the development of the IT industry, and the number of employees exceeded 4,000 for the first time.

ICL took part in the national projects “Healthcare” and “Education,” capturing 18% of the market and becoming the largest Russian manufacturer of computer hardware for this segment.

The company is included in the IAOP Top 100 Global Outsourcing Providers and is the only Russian company recognized as a “Leader” in the market.

As part of the import substitution program, in 2020 ICL manufactured 110,000 units of equipment at its production facility, half of which were built on Russian-made motherboards.

We became finalists in the international SDI Awards in the categories “Best Automation Project” and “Best Large Managed Service Provider,” and were also ranked among the Top 7 in the European IT & Software Excellence Awards in the category “Data, Information Management or Analytics Solution of the Year.”

On December 6, the ICL Group registered a subsidiary, ICL Services Vostok, in Vladivostok. The company will focus on serving IT markets in Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.

We expanded our partner network in the Asian region (Japan and Singapore) and are actively strengthening our competencies in IoT, machine learning, and robotics. In June, we achieved Huawei Level 5 certification.

The construction of a new, ultra-modern and spacious Technopark has been completed, and our employees have already started working there.
