ICL Group CEO Awarded with Order «For Merit to the Republic of Tatarstan»
On August 30, the Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov granted to Victor Diachkov the highest state award of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Order «For Merit to the Republic of Tatarstan».
On August 30, at the Kazan Kremlin, a ceremony of granting the state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan was held, timed to the Day of Republic. ICL Group General Director Victor Diachkov was one of 50 most distinguished people of Tatarstan.
Victor Vasilievich Diachkov was awarded with the Order «For Merit to the Republic of Tatarstan» for many years of his fruitful work for the good of the Republic of Tatarstan, for preserving and developing the potential of the Kazan Manufacturing Enterprise of Computer Systems, which was the flagship of computer equipment industry of the USSR, for the integration with the world leaders in information technologies and computer production, and for achieving the cutting edge of IT industry in Russia.
Order «For Merit to the Republic of Tatarstan» is the highest state award of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is granted for outstanding achievements in the development of the statehood of Tatarstan, ensuring human rights and freedoms, development in fields of economy, culture, science, education, health, arts and sport, for bravery and courage in public order protection.
