On May 25, the awards ceremony was held in Moscow for the contestants competing to make it to Top 100 IT Leaders List, a ranking organised by a professional IT community Global CIO. Heads of ICL Group Sergey Soloviev, Deputy General Director, and Ruslan Vagizov, Director of ICL Services International Group, were listed among Top 100 IT Leaders in Russia.
The meeting was held in a closed networking format attended by ranking list winners and other business representatives.
The winners were included in Top 100 IT Leaders list based on the results of the voting set up for IT market players on Global CIO website. Both soft skills and hard skills of the candidates were assessed as well as their achievements in development of business processes, digital transformation and business automation. Both representatives of ICL Group received lots of votes in the following categories: Leadership, IT Strategy Development and Implementation, Project Management and Soft Skills.
2022 ranking was held by Global CIO for the first time to identify the most promising IT leaders who contribute a lot to IT industry development in Russia. Among the contestants were general directors, IT directors and heads of IT departments in charge of digital transformation of Russian companies operating in various industry sectors including IT, transportation and logistics, heavy industry and manufacturing, finance industry, and government sector.
