The ICL Group of Companies has been included in the annual HeadHunter Employer Ranking for 2025, confirming the effectiveness of its HR strategy and sustained interest from job seekers.

The HeadHunter ranking is one of the largest, most objective, and significant indicators of a company's attractiveness to job seekers. Each year, the research highlights top performers in the labor market and shows which companies genuinely care about their employees and offer excellent opportunities for career development. The Employer Ranking is compiled by hh.ru analysts based on HR surveys, eNPS polls of current employees, feedback from former staff, and job seekers' surveys.

Competition for spots in the Employer Ranking intensifies every year. In 2025, almost 1,800 companies from 41 industries nationwide took part in the ranking, and finalists garnered 692,000 votes from job seekers.

According to the results of the comprehensive survey in the mid-sized company segment (251-1,000 employees), ICL System Technologies and ICL Services were named among the top 200 employers in Russia, with ICL SOFT securing a place in the top 500. In the small-sized segment (100-250 employees), ICL Astra Services was ranked among Russia's top 300 employers.
