ICL – KME CS is the First Among AMP Netconnect Partners in Russia to Obtain the Renewed CommScope Partner Certificate
At the end of last year, CommScope Corporation, the world leader in manufacturing passive commutation equipment, acquired Broadband Network Solutions (BNS), a division of TE Connectivity, together with AMP Netconnect brand specializing in SCS manufacturing. ICL — KME CS was the first among AMP Netconnect partners in Russia to undergo recertification procedure and to obtain the renewed CommScope Partner Certificate.
Apart from BNS, a division of TE Connectivity, production facilities, research and development centers and regional sales offices selling AMP Netconnect SCS equipment became members of CommScope. According to CommScope, the AMP Netconnect trademark continues to be used and AMP Netconnect, an equipment well known to Russian customers, continues to be delivered.
ICL — KME CS, a system integrator from Tatarstan, is the first Russian company that has been entitled to continue cooperation with AMP Netconnect under the new CommScope brand. ICL — KME CS obtained the certificate after successful recertification.
During the last years, ICL — KME CS was especially active in the area of upgrading and building data centers. Several months ago, a large-scale project was completed: a data center for Milkom OJSC, the leading manufacturer and supplier of dairy products in the Udmurt Republic, was commissioned.
“We have long-term partner and friendly relations with the AMP Netconnect brand. During the years of cooperation, we have accumulated vast experience in building cable systems of different scales. We are happy that in spite of all the changes we will continue our cooperation under the new CommScope brand,” says Oleg Sorokin, an expert in data centers from ICL — KME CS. “Our specialists make heavy use of AMP Netconnect within projects in the field of creation of data centers and technical re-equipment of high level office buildings. The products have a long-term quality warranty.”
