On June 21, ICL Group held ICL Open Day for the business community welcoming experts on digitalization and digital transformation and business leaders to discuss the pressing issues faced by IT market today. The event was held under the sponsorship of our partner SimpleOne that showcased its ITSM solution. Apart from listening to speakers and taking part in panel discussions, the attendees also had a tour of ICL Techno production facilities and could take a look at online operations of departments and study display stands.
The participants discussed the most urgent issues of technology business development in the current business climate influenced by restrictions and shutdown of operations of western vendors. The speakers talked about automation of service delivery processes, digitalization of the 1st line support for Service Desk in the current business environment, digital workplace, and IT infrastructure support within the framework of import phase-out initiative.
