ICL Group in cooperation with Kaspersky Lab JSC held ICL Open Day for the business community welcoming IT experts and business leaders to discuss such pressing issues faced by IT market today as cybersecurity, digital transformation and import phase-out in the present-day situation.

The participants of the event discussed the most urgent issues of tech business development in the current business climate influenced by restrictions and shutdown of operations of western vendors. IT experts talked about Service Desk operations, implementation of digital workplace, cybersecurity, increasing maturity level of IT services and about IT infrastructure support within the framework of import phase-out initiative.
Apart from listening to speakers and taking part in panel discussions, the attendees also had a tour of ICL Techno production facilities, could take a look at online operations of departments and could study display stands.
