New General Director for JSC ICL—KME CS

ICL Group announced a change of senior executives this week. Victor Diachkov, the principal shareholder of JSC ICL—KME CS, took up a position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the parent company. Evgeny Stepanov, Head of ICL Techno LLC, was appointed General Director of JSC ICL—KME CS.

Change of senior management was the initiative of Victor Diachkov who decided to focus more on strategic development of ICL Group. In particular, Mr Diachkov will be responsible for building a system of corporate interactions between business units and legal entities incorporated in ICL Group in order to increase their efficiency and competitiveness on the market.

“I will also remain General Director of GDC Services LLC (ed. note: a subsidiary of JSC ICL—KME CS operating under the brand name ICL Services). As for ICL Group, I am Chairman of the Board of Directors of the parent company. ICL Group is dynamically developing. At present, we have many projects pertaining to expansion of our operations in Europe and South-East Asia. I will be involved with these projects, among other things, and I will be less engaged in operational activities,” Victor Diachkov commented on his resignation.
