Implementation of Electronic Document Management System
Decision to automate the workflow processes was made in order to optimize teamwork. «Our
company offers a wide range of security services and has a fairly large staff. Paperwork in such

Solution
Based on DocsVision system, the process of working with the main streams of documents, such
as correspondence and internal documents, is automated in Kennard PSC. In addition, all
necessary types of directories were configured; a number of cards (for several types of incoming
and outgoing documents, organizational and administrative documentation) and printed forms of
outgoing documents were developed.
Result
Time spent on processing and working with documents is now several times shorter than before.
