July 2, 1991, marked the beginning of the ICL Group's journey, which would see it become one of the leaders of Russia's modern IT industry. The Group celebrates its anniversary with an expanded portfolio of proprietary software products, a manufacturing facility with a capacity of up to 1 million units per year, and a strategy that enables it to compete with the world's largest brands.
Today, ICL Group is a team of more than 3,700 highly qualified professionals, with offices stretching from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. However, the path to its current position required the company to undergo a complete restructuring in response to the challenges of the times. Over the past five years, the company has undergone a major shift, restructuring its business to also serve the Russian market. It reported revenue of more than RUB 34,1 billion in 2025 and became an example of successful adaptation to significant changes.

The Prime Era of Manufacturing: The Factory, the OSiO Brand, and One Million Products per Year
On November 13, 2023, ICL Group opened one of the country's largest facilities for surface-mount technology production and finished product assembly. At the same time, the company launched its own retail brand of computer equipment, OSiO, with its products now available in major retail chains and on online marketplaces. Today, the company covers almost the entire range of computing equipment, including laptops, tablets, servers, data storage systems, monitors, desktop PCs, and all-in-one computers.
By the end of 2025, the Group, represented by ICL Techno, had produced more than 190,000 units of equipment and, according to the RAEX rating, ranked 1st among Russia's largest IT companies in the field of equipment manufacturing. During the implementation of the Education national project, ICL supplied more than 230,000 laptops to schools – approximately 30 % of all deliveries under the program. Another equally significant project was the opening of a laboratory together with KNRTU-KAI to train future specialists in computer engineering and IT. ICL Techno has equipped the lab with reliable hardware and software, providing future IT professionals with a powerful set of tools for their work.
The Service-Product Cluster as a Market Driver: Flagship Products, AI, and Industry Success
Alongside its hardware manufacturing, ICL is expanding not only its IT outsourcing services but also the development of its own software and hardware-software systems, steadily fulfilling its mission to ensure the technological sovereignty of Russian enterprises. The group's portfolio includes more than 500 clients in Russia and abroad, with more than 1,000 projects completed in 2025.
ICL Group develops and implements cutting-edge IT solutions for various industries using artificial intelligence, Big Data, and machine learning (ML), helping businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs, and build a sustainable digital infrastructure without relying on foreign vendors. By the 2030s, ICL plans to increase sales of its proprietary products to RUB 30 billion. For example, for corporations that are tired of disjointed reports and manual data consolidation, the group has created the First BI end-to-end analytics platform. It consolidates information from ERP, CRM, and other systems, enabling management to make decisions based on up-to-date data in real time.
For the pharmaceutical industry, which has faced the phasing out of foreign CRM systems, ICL has offered an industry-specific solution, CRM Pharma, which has already been implemented at AstraZeneca and other market leaders. It takes into account strict regulatory requirements and the specific nature of working with doctors, distributors, and patients. To reduce the time required to bring new medicines to market, the ICL Accord AI assistant was developed to help prepare registration dossiers in accordance with EAEU standards.
In the retail sector, where time is money, the ICL.Retail digital ecosystem and the AISee video analytics system help prevent theft, monitor order fulfillment in logistics, and conduct visual quality assessments of products in the manufacturing industry. To deliver to hard-to-reach locations, the group is developing the DroneExpress unmanned cargo delivery platform.
Another important area is IT infrastructure management. The Colibri-ARM system, recognized as the leader in its segment by the CNews 2025 ranking, enables centralized management of thousands of workstations in heterogeneous environments, including Astra Linux and other Russian operating systems.
Such achievements in software development do not go unnoticed – projects utilizing ICL Group solutions are consistently named among the winners by leading IT communities each year. In 2025, ICL Soft won four awards in the Global CIO Project of the Year competition: among the projects recognized by the jury were the implementation of a contact center for the SUNLIGHT jewelry company, a document management system for Gazprom Transgaz Kazan, CRM Pharma for AstraZeneca, and 1C-based automation for a major pharmaceutical company.
In 2024, ICL Services' project to migrate 150,000 government workstations in the Republic of Tatarstan to the Astra Linux operating system became one of the country's flagship projects and also won the Project of the Year competition. Within a year, the project was expanded to the Leningrad Region, where the integrator's team ensured the seamless migration of the region's civil servants to the RED OS operating system, as well as to the software from Russia's leading vendors.
Federal-Level Integration and Cybersecurity
ICL has many years of in-depth expertise in information security – the group of companies protects the critical infrastructure of strategic facilities and has a proven track record of success. One of the company's significant projects in recent years was ensuring the information security of the G. Kamal Tatar Academic Theatre in Kazan. The experts from ICL System Technologies deployed their proprietary hardware-software complex based on the Russian-made Intellect software platform and the ICL Techno's equipment.
ICL System Technologies has also successfully implemented information security systems for the state-owned air traffic control corporation throughout the country, thereby improving system stability and flight safety. In addition, the company has deployed intelligent transportation systems on key sections of federal highways – including the M-12 Vostok, the Shali–Bavly highway, and the St. Petersburg Ring Road.
The comprehensive project carried out by ICL Services Information Security Expertise Center to localize cybersecurity and implement SOC services for the Russian branch of an international wood processing company served as an excellent example of the rapid, phased protection of a large industrial enterprise's infrastructure against external threats.
