The ICL Group of Companies celebrated its 35th anniversary. The ceremony was attended by the company's management and employees, industry veterans, partners, and representatives of government agencies. The guest of honor at the event was Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, who joined the celebration and congratulated the ICL Group team.

In his address, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that ICL is currently among the 10 largest IT companies in Russia and holds a leading position in computer hardware production on the domestic market.

"ICL is actively involved in projects aimed at import substitution and achieving technological leadership. For example, more than 150,000 workstations used by Tatarstan civil servants have been migrated to the Astra Linux operating system. The company manufactures computer hardware and domestic software. A major milestone was the opening of the ICL printed circuit board assembly plant in 2023," said the Head of the Republic.

The company's anniversary provided an opportunity to reflect on its achievements and to recognize the contributions of its employees, thanks to whom technologies have been developed, large-scale projects have been implemented, and the reputation of one of the leaders in the Russian IT industry has been built over the years.

During the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov presented state awards to company employees:

• Evgeny Stepanov, CEO of JSC ICL-KPO VS, and Igor Kulmyakov, CEO of NPO VS LLC, were awarded the Order of Duslyk.

• Arsen Tagirov, Head of the Special Solutions Development Center at NPO VS LLC, was awarded the Republic of Tatarstan Medal for Valiant Labor.

• The honorary title of Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded to Lyubov Antonova, Advisor to the CEO for Organizational and Legal Development, Head of the Legal Department at JSC ICL-KPO VS.

• Dinara Sadykova, Head of the Testing Laboratory at NPO VS LLC, and Insaf Sibgatov, Supervisor of the Manual Assembly and Repair Section at ICL Electronics LLC, received a Letter of Appreciation from the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Viktor Dyachkov, Head of the ICL Group of Companies and Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC ICL-KPO VS, also extended congratulations to the team. He highlighted that the ICL brand has become one of Russia's leading IT brands, successfully executing major federal-level projects and playing an important role in advancing the country's technology sector. In conclusion, Viktor Dyachkov presented awards to the leaders of the six best ICL Group projects of the year.

A total of 115 ICL Group employees were recognized that day. They received departmental and regional awards, including recognitions from the Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Digital Development, Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Head of the Laishevo Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Sovetsky District of Kazan, and JSC Innopolis SEZ. A dedicated part of the ceremony was the awarding of employees in the ICL Group's Professionals of the Year corporate nomination.
