ICL Group took third place in the annual Largest IT Solution Suppliers for the Public Sector ranking published by CNews Analytics. This achievement reinforces the group's strong position in advancing digital transformation within public institutions and highlights its key role in large-scale national initiatives.
The research indicates that ICL Group's total revenue from projects focused on the digitalization of public institutions grew by 23% compared to the previous year. A substantial share of public sector digitalization efforts involves the deployment of ICL-manufactured computer equipment in public institutions.
For six consecutive years, starting in 2019, the domestic manufacturer ICL Techno has maintained its position as the top supplier within the national Education project. Throughout the course of the national project, the company supplied more than 230,000 laptops to support the digitalization of schools. In total, the company accounted for 30% of all supplies within the national Education project.
According to the CNews Analytics study
"Largest IT Solution Suppliers for Education 2024," ICL Group led the ranking of laptop suppliers for Russian schools, delivering over 40,000 devices to schools in the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the Laptops for Teachers program. The project considerably enhanced the level of technical equipment available to teachers and streamlined the teaching process.
In addition to supplying hardware, solutions were implemented to introduce modern information security measures, provide technical support for the branch network of government organizations, and develop the Unified Reception Platform of the Head of the Republic project as a centralized point for citizen inquiries. Key processes were automated, the service departments at RANEPA were structured to operate with full transparency, and a large-scale migration project was completed, moving more than 150,000 workstations of civil servants in the Republic of Tatarstan to the Russian Astra Linux operating system.
