ICL Soft in cooperation with IskraUralTel, a developer of digital solutions, took part in the exhibition held within the 21st Russian Congress—Emergency Medical Care 2022, the Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation. At the shared exhibition stand, experts showcased AMS Ambulance, a software solution developed by ICL Group, and SI3000 telecommunications platform made by IskraUralTel.
The 21st Russian Congress hosted over 1000 participants including foreign visitors from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and India. It was dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the First St. Petersburg State Medical University named after Pavlov.
Guests of the exhibition could evaluate the production copy of AMS Ambulance connected to hardware telephone exchange and integrated with System-112 that gave an idea of integration with the existing systems functioning in many regions of the country at present. In particular, it was demonstrated how AMS Ambulance can be used to receive and route calls, track location of ambulance teams and their status, recommend the shortest way to patient’s location, as well as to tackle the issues of making decisions on hospital admission, evaluating compliance to healthcare standards and performance efficiency of the ambulance service of the whole region. AMS Ambulance can also be used to keep record of medical supplies, petrol expenses providing current data to the air medical service, ambulance and paramedic teams and many others.
Telecommunications platform for ambulance management system is based on SoftSwitch SI3000 developed by IskraUralTel. The platform is intended to accept and process voice calls and to support ambulance teams by transmitting audio and video data via wireless networks.
The showcased solutions fully comply with requirements of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and are included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases. SoftSwitch SI3000 is recorded in the Unified Register of Russian Radio Electronic Products.
